Graduates from vocational institutions are expected to display leadership qualities – and guide the country towards vision 2030. Speaking at the Katutura Youth Enterprise Centre’s (KAYEC) graduation ceremony, Executive Director of Life Long Learning in the Ministry of Education Veno Kauaria urged the graduates to play their part, calling them the backbone of the economy. Parents and guardians travelled from all parts of Namibia to witness their children being awarded for their achievements.
