The 2017 SWAPO congress challenge has been dismissed with cost by High Court Judge, Thomas Masuku. This is after two members, Mirjam Shituula and Selma Namboga took the ruling party to court over alleged irregularities and asked the outcome of the congress to be declared null and void.
