There has been a significant reduction in housebreaking and street robbery incidents in Windhoek since January compared to the same period last year. Street robberies have gone down by 10% since the beginning of this year and housebreaking by 8%.
The Minister of Works and Transport Alpheus !Naruseb visited some of the flood damaged roads in the Oshana and Omusati region, which continue to cost taxpayers dearly in repairs and maintenance, especially during the rainy season.
