The Otjiwarongo Municipality, in the Otjozondjupa Region, has become the latest member of the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI). About N$820 000 was raised during the Swakopmund International Trade Expo (SWAITEX) gala dinner held over the weekend at Swakopmund. The money raised at the gala dinner will be used towards the preparation of SWAITEX 2017.
Property prices in the country, especially residential, are predicted to drop in the long run.
