Economist Daniel Kavishe says the Harambee Prosperity Plan has added a new level of focus in improving the social sector and the delivery of serviced land. He was analysing the President’s year end review in Windhoek on Wednesday.

The Namibia Student Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) will be reintegrated into the structures of the Ministry of Higher Education, Training and Innovation, next year.
