President Hage Geingob announced this morning the much anticipated changes to his Cabinet. He also relieved Vice-President, Nickey Iyambo of his duties, due to ill-health. Iyambo has been replaced by former Swapo Secretary-General, Nangolo Mbumba, while some ministers were redeployed.
