Former President, Hifikepunye Pohamba is concerned about young mothers dumping their babies on grandparents in villages and settlements in the country. Speaking at the belated Independence celebration, at Onangwe village in the Ohangwena Region, Pohamba says it is disheartening that these babies do not have birth certificates.
