Sinjanga wins Ncuncuni constituency

Swapo candidate, Ritha Sinjanga has been elected as Ncuncuni constituency councillor. Sinjanga who received 1097 votes, beat the APP’s Paulus Mangundu who managed 355 votes. The elections were characterised by a poor voter turnout, with only 1452 votes cast in a constituency with almost 5 000 registered voters.
