The United Congregational Church in Southern Africa is proposing that government “be bold enough” to implement the New Equitable Economic Empowerment Framework (NEEEF) bill, urgently. The church believes the framework, as is, could address the persistent inequalities but President Hage Geingob ruled out the idea, saying consultations are ongoing.
