Namibia’s Vice President, Nangolo Mbumba, joined Cuban First Vice President, Salvador Valdes Mesa, in paying tribute to those who died in the Cassinga massacre 40 years ago. Mbumba led a ministerial delegation to Havana, Cuba where they marked the 40th anniversary of the Cassinga massacre.
