The Development Bank of Namibia has strengthened its fraud reporting mechanisms. This is to ensure that potential whistle-blowers feel protected when reporting fraudulent cases.

32-year old Elsen Bukuto appeared with nine petrol attendants on fuel fraud charges. Bukuto, an employee of Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry veterinary services appeared before the Katima Mulilo Magistrate Court on Wednesday.
