Mnangagwa wins tight race

Mnangagwa received over 2 460 000 votes while his closest rival, Nelson Chamisa of the MDC Alliance got over 2 147 000 votes. According to the the announcement by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC), Mnangagwa won the elections by over 300 000 votes.
