CoW waste treatment facility inaugurated

Vice President Nangolo Mbumba on Thursday officially inaugurated the City of Windhoek (CoW) Health Care Risk Waste Treatment Facility in the Northern Industrial Area in the capital. The purpose of the N$70 million facility is to manage all solid, medical and hazardous waste generated in order to reduce health risks caused by such waste.
