Telecom Namibia’s board of directors suspended its chief executive officer Theo Klein. In a letter dated 23 November the board states that Klein’s suspension follows conclusion of an internal investigation instituted by them in October.
A rainstorm has left residents of Muzuma village destitute after the roofs of their houses were ripped off on Friday. This is the first time the village has experienced such a storm. The storm lasted only for a few minutes and no homestead was spared.
