Cabinet has directed several ministries to implement decisions of the first session of the Namibia/Kenya Joint Commission of Cooperation held in Nairobi in October this year. The Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Stanley Simaata said the agreement aims to establish cooperation in several areas of interest and consolidated the existing ones.
