Entrepreneurship, education and training towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Africa is critical for the advancement of the SADC youth agenda. This was said by the Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation Dr Itah Kandjii Murangi at the meeting of ministers responsible for education, training, science, technology and innovation underway in Windhoek.
