NamPower’s 175-tonne transformer arrives at Gerus substation

Namibians urged to support Government’s drought relief programme

Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has called on all Namibians to support the implementation of Government’s drought relief programme. Government has approved a budget more than N$500 million to implement drought relief measures and has thus far raised about N$300 million from its own resources, leaving a shortfall of more than N$200 million.
