The Usakos Town Council has announced a closed bid auction of yet-to-be serviced erven at the town. A closed-bid auction is defined as a type of auction in which all bidders submit closed or sealed bids to the auctioneer, in this case the Usakos Town Council.
The //Kharas Regional Council officially handed over 17 pit latrines build at a cost of N$250 000 to families of Klein-Karas settlement.
