Otjiwarongo records low turnout for clean-up campaign

The town of Otjiwarongo in the Otjozondjupa Region, which was awarded the cleanest town in a Namibia Media Holdings contest in 2017, recorded a low turnout for Saturday’s national cleanup effort. At Etambi, which was the starting point, only a handful of people gathered by 07h00 in the morning.
