The Government has reiterated its commitment to bring Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) into the mainstream of the economy, through the promotion of value chains. Deputy-Minister of Industrialisation, Trade and SME Development Lucia Iipumbu says lack of access to finances, market, as well as entrepreneurship skills, hamper the development of SMEs.
