Despite the City of Windhoek constructing a bus terminal in Windhoek’s Okahandja Park informal settlement five years ago, the facility has become a white elephant. The facility was constructed with the aim to relocate buses from Monte Christo loading zone and Hereford Long Distance Taxi Rank to Okahandja Park, making it more convenient for passengers.
