Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has urged Executive Directors to reconcile payrolls of their respective ministries every month and ensure approved positions are filled. Two employees of the Ministry of Finance’s Inland Revenue Division at Walvis Bay made a brief appearance in the Walvis Bay Magistrate’s Court. Olga Classen and Daleen Damens were arrested on charges of soliciting a bribe from a client.
