The Kamanjab Village Council has reconnected the water supply to residents, and have had pre-paid water meters installed for some residents, in response to the COVID-19 threat. Kamanjab chief executive officer Bianca Nguaiko says the measures are being carefully implemented, to contain residents’ already high municipal bills.
