Affirmative Repositioning (AR) activist Dimbulukeni Nauyoma is expected to appear in the Katutura Magistrate’s Court tommorow, on three charges following his arrest on Friday. He is accused of instigating public violence, obstructing police officers whilst performing their duties, unlawfully grabbing municipal land and erecting illegal structures on it. This was confirmed by the Inspector-General of the police Lieutenant General Sebastian Ndeitunga in an interview with NBC News.
