A minor died after he was run over by a moving refuse truck at Otjiwarongo. The child was trying to get onto the truck, headed to the town’s Dumpsite; where he normally searches for food. The municipality and the Namibian Police again warned people scavenging from the town’s dumpsite to refrain from climbing onto moving refuse trucks.
