The National Unity Democratic Organisation (NUDO) will convene another elective Congress in March to elect new leadership. The rival factions, which have lodged cases in the High Court over the legitimacy of the last disputed congress, have also agreed to withdraw the charges with immediate effect. NUDO has also lifted the suspensions of Joseph Kauandenge, Ester Muinjangue, Uahimisa Kaapehi, Steve Zakaapi, and Munjasa Karuhumba, whom they accused of citing divisions after congress.
