Members of the Topnaar and Walvis Bay community, close friends as well as relatives gathered at the late Seth Kooitjie’s house on Friday afternoon to pay their respects. The Nama Traditional Leaders Association Chairperson and Topnaar Traditional Authority Chief died Thursday night.
