Reigning Miss Namibia, Selma Kamanya, says there is a need to address the lack of specialized services for mentally ill patients in the country. Kamanya, who is in Oranjemund as part of her national charity project HELP BUILD A DIAMOND GENERATION, addressed learners at the town.
