One of late ambassador Hanno Rumpf’s close friends Wilfried Brock says the nation should be cognizant of the distinct role he played during the liberation struggle. Brock remembers the late Ambassador Rumpf from their school days at the coastal town of Swakopmund. He says although the late Rumpf was a bit older than him, their views on the liberation struggle brought them closer.
