New fishing rights applicants are called on to be patient as the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources is now at the final stage of concluding its evaluation process in a transparent way. This was announced by Minister Bernhard Esau during his 2019 annual ministerial address to the fishing industry at Walvis Bay.
