The Meat Corporation of Namibia’s (MEATCO) headquarters in Windhoek was broken into by robbers Thursday night. The thieves cut through the roof and the ceilling of the building to gain access to the offices after seemingly disarming the alarm system. According to the Rosa Hamukwaya-Tobias of MEATCO’s communications department, the thieves stole laptops containing crucial company information. The robbers further broke into the company safe and took valuable documents. No arrests has been made yet.
