Only 22% of learners who sat for Grade 12 exams last year in the Oshikoto Region qualified for tertiary admission. Learners in the region performed well in science subjects, but poorly in English. This was revealed during the Oshikoto education directorate’s annual general meeting, held at Heroes Primary School.
