Prime Minister Saraa Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has instructed Executive Directors to only fill key positions in government in an effort to reduce the ballooning wage bill. Addressing Executive Directors of government ministries and agencies Kuugongelwa-Amadhila reminded them to maintain a spirit of collective service delivery. Among issues raised during the meeting, include the reduction of the wage bill which takes up almost half of the budget.
