Vice-President Nangolo Mbumba and the Minister of Urban and Rural Development Minister Peya Mushelenga witnessed the inauguration of Fillemon Shuumbwa Nangolo as the 18th Omukwaniilwa of gwaNdonga at his residence at Onambango village in the Oshana Region. Representing the head of state Vice-President Nangolo Mbumba urged the Ondonga community to appreciate the responsibilities of traditional authorities and the role they play in promoting cultural values and practices.
