Namibia is among the African Union’s member states yet to sign the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme Compact (CAADP) agreement. As a result of this, a two-day stakeholders’ workshop kicked off in Windhoek on Tuesday, to build consensus in formulating Namibia’s accession to the agricultural compact programme.
