Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame has concluded his three-day state visit to Namibia at the invitation of his counterpart, President Hage Geingob. He left Wednesday morning from the Hosea Kutako International Airport. President Kagame’s visit was aimed at deepening ties between Rwanda and Namibia.
