The Spanish classical guitarist Rafael Serallet has urged individuals, governments and the private sector to support art and in return contribute to economic development. Serallet who was in Namibia for the Spanish embassy’s fifth centenary celebration of the first circumnavigation of the world, called for a financial injection to arts development, for artists to be able to make a living from their work.
