The Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Engel Nawatiseb says there is a critical need for regional authorities to start educating their communities about nationhood and national pride. Nawatiseb made this plea at the opening of a two-day nationhood and national pride technical consultative workshop at Otjiwarongo on Wednesday.
