The Office of the Founding President has put into perspective the cost for construction of a kitchen and dining hall at the Etunda Farm Primary School, following an uproar on social media about what was regarded as an astronomical expenditure. The office says the N$8 million estimation was done by a professional quantity surveyor that is responsible for the project.
