The 45th WorldSkills Competition closed in Russian’s city of Kazan, with Namibian competitors expressing satisfaction on the skills gained. Every two years, WorldSkills hosts the event where young people from all across the world come together, hoping to win a medal in their chosen skill. This time around the competition attracted 1 354 competitors who competed in 56 skills.
