Newly elected ELCRN Bishop Sageus /Keib received a hero’s welcome when he arrived in Windhoek. He was escorted by City Police and hordes of Lutheran congregants, the Bishop-elect and his deputy drove through Windhoek before arriving at the Bet-El parish in Katutura.
