The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has released the provisional voters’ roll for all different constituencies countrywide and such voters’ registers are open for public inspection for verification, correction or objection. ECN’s Chief Electoral Officer Theo Mujoro told NBC News in an interview that preparations are on the right track for November’s polls.
