Universities are being encouraged to change from merely offering degrees, to offering lifelong learning, including technical skills development. Such a transition would advantage the workforce in light of the fourth industrial revolution. These were the views shared by renowned futurist and technology strategist, Professor Louise Fourie at a public dialogue marking International Education Week hosted by the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).
