A police officer who shot and seriously injured his former girlfriend over a financial dispute appeared in the Walvis Bay Magistrate’s Court. Police constable Herman Abed, aged 31, was arrested on a charge of attempted murder after he seriously injured his 22-year-old former girlfriend while on duty.
