The austerity measures implemented by the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) are affecting close to 8 000 registered songwriters and composers, who depend on royalties from the broadcaster. This was said by Namibian Society of Composers and Authors of Music (NASCAM) Chief Executive Officer Eino-John Max, in a media statement.
