Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila advised the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry to come up with a business plan and project proposals that can sustain the agriculture sector. Kuugongelwa-Amadhila visited the quarantine camp at Omutambo gwomagwe in the Omusati Region which closed down in 2015 after a Foot and Mouth disease outbreak. It has also resulted in the closure of the Oshakati Abattoir.
