President Hage Geingob has declared 27 November a public holiday to allow Namibians to participate in the Presidential and National Assembly Elections. The decision was made on recommendation from the Electoral Commission of Namibia, in terms of section 64, subsection 6 of the Electoral Act, 5 of 2014.
