The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) says one of the four missing voting machines has been found and it is in custody of the Otjiwarongo police. The machine it says was one of those that were loaned to the Swapo Party Elders Council for conducting an internal election in 2017. The commission says at this moment it cannot divulge more information as investigations are still underway.
