The Bukalo Village Council remains without a Chairperson, four months after the resignation of its previous chairperson Charles Siyauya. A recent event at the village council, meant to see the nomination and swearing-in of a new chairperson, ended with only one ordinary council member, the SWAPO Elders Council Member Bernard Masangu, confirmed to join the team.
