The Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) wants to introduce Intellectual Property as a subject in schools as from next year. BIPA’s chief executive officer Vinienne Katjiuongua remarked this during the launch of the first National Policy on Intellectual Property in Windhoek.
